Still looking for the parents of Eleanor/Elanor McClain b: 25 Apr 1820 in Ft Henry, PA (now Wheeling, Ohio Co., WV) d: 19 Apr 1860 in Woodville, Adams Co., Illinois. Married: John Nicklin Miller b: 4 Feb 1809 Waterford, Loudoun Co., VA. d: 22 Oct 1895 Woodville, Adams Co., Ill. Children were all born in Fairmont, Marion Co., WV and include: Virginia Caroline Miller, James Amasiah Miller, William Lynch Miller, Charles Winfield Scott Miller. This entire family migrated to Adams Co., Ill in 1855. I have lots of information on the Millers, but Eleanor has been exceptionally ellusive. Does anyone recognise this Eleanor McClain ?
