I don't have a lot of informations on my grandmother's side of the family,the McClains, but would like to share what I do have. I have as my great great grandmother Amanda Elizabeth Skinner ( Lizzie) born 7/25/1855 in Ga or Ala died 11/5/1946 in Dyer Co, Tn. She married Charley Howard McClain in 1877.
