My grandfather emigrated to Brooklyn from Ireland in 1931. He came alone and met my grandmother here. None of his brothers and sisters came with him. He is the only McCauley in his family that lived in NYC. I'm close with all of my cousins-so I do not think that we're related. Sorry-good luck on your search! Catherine
