Although some were located in Sutton and Gassaway, which Im not sure what county that is. My grandfather was also a Frank McCauley married to Elba Marie Kellison his father was Albert McCauley married to Julianna Ingles or Rexroad. My father was William Stuart McCauley of Rock Cave, WVA he passed away in December of 1999. He didnt know of his family either. My information came from my uncle...Orris Dayton McCauley who also passed away in May of 2000. Thank God I asked him about this information. My dad just remembered that someone had a little black dog. My dad was quite a character....most McCauleys are ha ha I dont know if this has helped u out. But I am also seeking the rest of the tribe. I especially want to find the missing link between here and Ireland. I do know that its in Northern Ireland, as I was in Scotland this past October but couldnt stay long enough to investigate.
