The most I really know about where the family lived is from a letter my great-great grandfather wrote to my grandmother when she was a child that address was 4447 avery st. detroit. this is the adress m great-great grandmother passed away at in1943 also my grandmother attended a school called St Dominic in detroit that doesn't exist any more but i have her diploma. Does any of this sound familiar?
