I too am searching for something on Phila McCauley's. My grandfather's name was Joseph Franklin McCauley, born May 1869(according to death cert) died Nov.30,1939. He was listed in 1900 census,living with an Ellen McCauley(wid Jno) and his wife Margaret and daughter Margaret. Their other children between 1900 and 1909, were Joseph Stanley McCauley and Albert Bussinger McCauley(my dad). Joseph McCauley's nickname was "Germantown Joe", and he had a cousin named "Oreland Joe", also McCauley. I do not have much to go on but will share what I have. Searching BROWN and BUSSINGER also.

What area are you doing you search in...our McCauley's are WV and VA..so far as I know...Have a Joseph H McCauley...with not info other then he married a Botkin...this was late 1800's...
