Janice - thank you so much for the Enoch McCarty Rev. War information! Yes, I have seen the Fuget/Fugate name as married to the McCartys. I will try and think how I can get more information on this. I had no other McCarty military infomation, except that there was a Cammel Macartee in the Revolution, and my gr. grandfather was named Campbell McCarty, several generations later. I have not had much luck finding any other early military information. My early McCartys married into these families: Woods, Cecils, Witten, Hays, Gillespie.
