Looking for my Great, Great, Grandmother Permilla McCarty. I have no information on her prior to her marriage to Isaiah Phenis in 1855, in Franklin County, Indiana. They were members of the Four Mile Church of the Brethren. I beleive Luther McCarty a prizefigher 1892-1913 and hi father Arron P.
