This isn't my threat...it's based on Rootsweb's policies! You subscribe to these lists, so therefore you've agreed to follow the organizations policies and abide by their rules. I'm just saying that if Rootsweb, and myself were ever taken to court over a subscriber posting copyrighted material, then I would hold the subscriber responsible as well.
