I do not see an Abner McCarty in the Clara McCarty book. I have not looked today to see if the Richard Justin McCarty book is still offered online, but the McCartys in Va book by Claa McCarty seems to be gone. If everyone is going to want to find one, I will wish I hadnt brought it up! None of the names you mentioned seem to be in the book I have. It starts with Dennis McCarty in 1676ish. Anelle
