I am replying, since I originally mentioned this book. (It gets complicated sometimes to tell who originally mentioned something on a list.) The Richard Justin McCarty book was published in 1925. As I remember his family were in Indiana, sometimes. The book was published in MO. I think the writer was a professor. That is all I remember. Anelle
