Their parents were born in Ireland. John McCann, born 1826, married Catherine Delaney in Ontario. They had four sons: Peter, John, James, and Hugh. Peter married Sarah Nigh. James married Mary Ann Keough. I haven't found what happened to John or Hugh as yet. Peter and Sarah remained in Hibbert, ON until 1901 at least. James and Mary Ann were in Tuckersmith, Ontario, in 1891 and then were found in Ohio. John's (b. 1826) father was Arthur McCann, who eventually moved to North Dakota. Any info on the Peter (b. 1851) who married Sarah Nigh; or any further info on the James (b. 1854) who married Mary Ann Keough would be very very helpful!
