Her name was Eileen Best, she was born in Hammersmith in 1930. We think she was abandoned as a child. Rev McCann found her new foster parents in Exmouth in Devon. I don't have a lot of info but would be happy to share it with you. I found you by googling Rev Wilton McCann.
