This is what I have so far. James McCann b. 1830 married Mary b. 1832, both were born in Ireland. 1870's US Cencus shows they lived in Connecticut and have 4 children. Mary, James, Thomas* and Catherine. Thomas Mccann was born in 1856 in Connecticut. He married a Margaret (Maggie) Omallia and had several children: Grace, Mary, Robert, James*, John, Thomas,, Catherine and Francis. James M. Mccann born 1885 in Illinois married Hazel Pitts and had a son names James C. Mccan who was born 1910 in Illinois. James C. Mccann had several children, one of them being John A Mccann born in Washington State in 1950. He is my father. I am Angela Mccann of Phoenix, Arizona.
