They immigrated to Virginia then to North Carolina, Indiana and finally San Bernadino, California. My line starts with James McCann who immigrated from Dublin to North Carolina. He was married to Ann Shields who was also born in Dublin. I am trying to figure out who is father was. I have read his name was Laurence John McCann but the dates don't match up.
