Mary and All McCanns from Missouri: I find that Stephen mcCann bought land from the Government in 1857.Adams County County, Later known as Juneau Co. Wisconsin, Plymouth, He then sold it to James McCann from Wisconsin, At which time the transfer was made in the town of Gordon, State of Kansas, Missouri, County of Johnson,This was in 1864, It was then sold to Peter McCann, My Great grand father that same year, Today that farm is still called the McCann farm, there is a McCann Road and a McCann Hill, In 1867 this farm was divided between Thomas McCann and James McCann and his wife Mary, After they had the farm, they immediately sold and we haven't been able to find them since. At one time James McCann lived in New Lisbon, Wisconsin, They all seem to relate, When the farm was divided the names on the deeds were from Peter and Margaret McCann, My Great Grand Parents. This might be far afield, but thought I'd mention it, as we know for sure one of the McCanns went toMisssouri, Ann T.
