I have requested military records from the Archives but (again) and am hoping to have better luck than I've had in the past since I at least had an approximate birth date and potential date of death. I just posted some info on the McCann's and am hoping to get some more input. Did you see my listing about the 1930 census? Do you have any input on who Anna might be? There are several Anna's that came over on the boat but I just found that info a couple of days ago and haven't had time to check it out. Also ... I posted on some info re: a family disease that I'm not sure originates with the McCann's or the Leggett's. The first I have of it is in the children of Algerine and Elizabeth. Glad to hear from you.
