When you subscribe or unsubscribe, you send your email to: [email protected] or to [email protected], depending on the version to which you are subscribed. However, when you send an email to the list, you send it to: [email protected] without the "-request." It was that second address which Ann wanted in her address book. She knew how to put the address in her address book once she received an email with that return addy Actually, the one she sent to the list, should have been sufficient when she received it back again. But, it seemed nicer to do as she requested. I hope others understand. These addressing conventions of RootsWeb seem a bit awkward at times, but they've been used for quite a long time and I suppose are really set in concrete at this point. Best regards, Jane
