Mary is an absolute dead end. We have her pictures and know she died a widow in Baltimore prior to 1940. Her husband Edward died in 1918 at the age of 48 so we suspect she was born after 1870. She had five children; Anna Mary (1890-1894); Carrie L. (1892-1977, wife of Ernest Franklin); William Franklin Evans (1893-?); George J. Evans (1897->1945); Nevin Paul Evans (1898->1945); and Ruth Jessie (1905-1988, wife of George Thomas Pretty, Sr. and mother of 12 children, Mary's only grandchildren). All of Edward and Mary's children and grandchildren lived in Baltimore and Baltimore County, MD until after 1950. Help us find Mary's Irish roots, please...
