Hi: I know many on this site are related to the McCAnns of Monroe County Wisconsin, Also the Rices. I sent a letter to BILL RICE many months ago, and much to my surprise he called me by phone today, I'm still not sure if I relate to the McCanns from there or not. My GrandParents , John Charles McCann and Bridget Heaney were married in St. Marys Ridge , Jefferson, Wisconsin, Monroe County. This is near Wilton. Many of the names are the same, but not sure. I know that Jeanne Smith is related to this family and for sure others. Bill has the family Bible with info in it, Anyone searching this family should get in touch with him. They have a BED & BREAKFAST, named THE WHISPERING PINES, I'm sure he'd be happy to see any McCanns, whether they relate or not, The IRISH are all such FRIENDLY people.
