Funeral services were conducted at the Elm Springs church by the Rev. Billy Bain, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Neosho, and burial, in charge of Thompon's Funeral Home, was in Hazel Green Cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Hattie McBee; two sons, James and Raymond, both at home; two sisters, Mrs. Louise Meader of Joplin and Mrs. Ona Collins of Corpus Christi, TX; and one brother, Sam McBee of Neosho , route 3.
