Born Aug. 15, 1898 in Newton CO, Mr. McBee was a lifelong county resident and a retired farmer. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Sammy Maples, Neosho; two sons, Jay McBee, Joplin, and Roy McBee, Kansas City; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 4 p.m. today at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho. The Rev. Billy Joe Gentry will officiate. Burial will be in the Neosho IOOF Cemetery. The family will be at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Maples, 510 Delaware St., Neosho.
