Butch; My name is Jackie Lindsey. I am researching my McBee side of the family also. Noticed that your William Pryor McBee was from Grainger Co. My GGG grandfather was William C. McBee, b.March 16,1808 in Grainger Co, TN. He married a Susan Hawkins, they had 6 children and he died Nov. 21,1874 in Collin Co, TX. I have not been able to connect him to any McBees. I am looking for his family to complete this line. Do you have any connection to this William C. McBee? Or any information with this name? Need all the help I can get there is a dead end here.
