Larry: I have a Samuel McBee born 1772 in Pittsavnia County, VA and married Annie Hamilton and moved to the Mountains of Tennessee. At that time it was part of North Carolina. The county became Claiborne County Tennessee. They had their first son (William) in 1798 and my line comes out of Issac McBee who was the second son to Samuel.
