I am a decedent of Philip McBee, son of Zadok McBee of Prince George's County, Md. Philip married Elizabeth Soper in Prince George's County, Md., before the family moved to what is now West Virginia. They eventually moved to Grant County, Ky., just south of Cincinnati, where they lived out the rest of their days . . . Mount Zion, Grant County, Kentucky. One branch of the Prince George's McBee's moved to South Carolina and is covered in a book on one of the sons, Vardry McBee.
