Does anyone know the reason for the difference in spelling the names Magby and McBee? I know the enumerator may have started it, but I wonder why one group continued to spell it Magby and variations of. Ya see, I don't mind that I was told the name was Megabee, only find it spelled Magbee/Magby/Megbee/Megby/etc., when I really should be looking for McBee. They must have been easygoing too. LOL. Ah, what's in a name? Ali Ingle From: Valorie Zimmerman <valoriez@zimres.net> Reply-To: MCBEE-L@rootsweb.com To: MCBEE-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [McBEE] Conf.
