Birdie died giving birth to my father, Lonnie Samuel McBee. He was raised by his maternal grandparents, Sasuel and Lou Simmons. They called him Nelton (God only knows why). My father, Lonnie Samuel had two daughters by his first marriage. He then married my mother and had me, a son, and my sister, Linda Suzanne McBee. Tell me again, how are we related? Are you from Oklahoma? Do you have any information on Samuel M. McBee. Riley's father. He was born in Georgia in 1863. Supposedly married Mary Elizabeth Choate in 1888 in Texas.
