I also asked on the Saskatchewan list, and a couple of kind people sent me map links and other information. Just in case Ben's people are lurking about, I found out that his land is north of Thompkins, on Highway #1 west of Regina, Moose Jaw, and Swift Current. Fillmore, on the other hand, is SE of Regina, so there are a few hundred miles separating them - MSN maps says 263 miles.
