Sherry, ..I think the point most of us would like to make is that an admin of a site should not just add our names as "friending" or otherwise without first putting the idea on the Mayo site and then letting people opt in or not as they wish .. Makes one wonder if our e mail addresses are being put elsewhere too ?????? My last thoughts on the subject .. MaryPat No one is listed on Facebook without actively enrolling on it. By P's "friending" everyone, it doesn't accomplish anything other than listing them as a "friend" if they are already listed on facebook and have selected the option of allowing anyone to add them, which I doubt any adult would do. So everyone relax, go to facebook.com and enroll and select blocking if you are really concerned about it. Otherwise, trust that you will not be besieged by a lot of college students wanting to invite you to their next party!
