Hi All, The LDS Family History Library now has all the 1911 Ireland Census microfilms for Co. Mayo. You can use their on-line search site to obtain the microfilm numbers that cover your parish of interest in Co. Mayo. Here are the steps for those unfamiliar with the LDS site. Enter: http://www.familysearch.org/eng/Library/FHLC/frameset_fhlc.asp Select "Place Search" on the right side of the screen. When the new screen comes up, put the name of the Civil Parish you are interested in into the empty box next to "Place. Enter the County Name where the Parish is located in the empty box next to "Part of (optional)". For example if you wanted the 1911 LDS film numbers for Ballysakeery Parish in Co. Mayo, enter: Ballysakeery Mayo Select the "Search" button. Click on the highlighted "Ireland, Mayo, Ballysakeery The following should appear on your screen: Place Ireland, Mayo, Ballysakeery References (Use for) Ireland, Mayo, Ballysokeary Topics Ireland, Mayo, Ballysakeery - Census - 1901 Ireland, Mayo, Ballysakeery - Census - 1911 Ireland, Mayo, Ballysakeery - Church records Now select "Ireland, Mayo, Ballysakeery - Census - 1911" The next screen should contain: Topic Ireland, Mayo, Ballysakeery - Census - 1911 Titles Census returns, Ballysakeery Parish (Mayo), 1901-1911 Ireland. Census Office Select the highlighted "Census returns, Ballysakeery Parish (Mayo), 1901-1911". When the next screen comes up, select "View Film Notes" at the top of the screen. This screen should now show you the LDS Film Numbers you need to order from your nearest LDS Family History Center for the 1901 Census and the 1911 Census for Ballysakeery Parish, Co. Mayo.
