Ellen, The death certificate is from 1950, which is good. However, it does not give the parents names, which is bad. People have checked the BMD's for me and there is no Margaret or Maggie Brady being born in County Mayo on 31 May 1873 or even in the month of May. Thanks for the suggestions. If I can get past her birth, the rest may fall in place.
