Most McTigues or the variant McTighe came from South Mayo around Claremorris. I have family in that area and have done an extensive family tree of the McTigues. A lot of them in the early 1800's came from the Shrule and Kilmaine area. You can check with the local churches such as Holy Family in Irishtown, St Joseph's in Ballindine and the churches in Shrule, etc. for others related to your Patrick.
