Hi Listers, I'm new and posting my interests: I have John LOUDON/LOUDEN (sometimes mistranscribed as LONDON) listed in 1881 census living in Warwickshire with wife Mary, both of Mayo Ireland, both age 37, he is a farmer. On the 1901 census he is still living in Warwickshire, but with wife Ellen/Helen, he is listed as farmer age 53 from Westport Ireland, she as wardrobe dealer age 43 with their son Donald(my grandfather). Ellen is Ellen BUCKLEY born in Cork, Ireland 1856. I have been able to find neither marriage, Mary's death, nor John's birth on any records. Add to this that according to family lore John was a doctor not a farmer and that there is some connection to Scotland and I am totally confused!! Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
