Kate[aka Catherine on mother's Baptisimal cert] was born in County Mayo Aug. 15 1868 in Bushfield, Poor Law Union of Ballinrobe, Barony of Kilmaine and RC parish of Kilcommon. Her father's name listed as Frank, could be nick. of Francis. Mother is listed as unkown on documents available. She had a sister Mary[ probably younger] Mary married a Man with last name of Butler. Mary stayed in Ireland and lived in Thomastown,Hollymount. Mary bore 6 children. Frank, John, Patrick, Mary, Willie and Julia. None of these siblings ever married according to Gerard Delaney. Kate came to America in late 1892 or early 1893. Found her in 1893 city directory of Chicago. At that time she was living with a Julia Mangan widow of Michael Mangan. I am stuck with trying to find any Ireland info. Would any one have any info at all on any of these people. Thanks Monica
