I would be interested to hear from any knowledgeable Mayo Lister who can give me any information about Kilmeena Cemetery. I know that many residents of Newport are buried in Burishoole Abbey cemetery near Newport but believe that some Newport burials also took place in Kilmeena cemetery which is an older cemetery and further away from Newport. I would like to know if this is a fact and what is the exact location in relation to Newport. Thanks Mike
