I use Front Page which is a Microsoft program that they are no longer upgrading, instead they went to a new program called Expression Web which I have but like FP better. I believe you can get some free programs online. Once you have a program and are ready to create pages and have picked a civil parish, I will send you my prototypes for both civil parishes and townlands.
