    3. Has anyone come across a biography of Ken Maynard? I think we've all heard that we're related to him if we have a Maynard line. Read somewhere that he was born in Texas, but can't find him in the 1900 census. My Maynard's who are "related" are Floyd b. Croton-on-Hudson, NY - 1827 s/o William Maynard and Elizabeth Schooley Floyd m. Phebe Eliza WILBER (NJ) and had daughters: Harriet "Hattie" b. 1864 m. Theodore WENDELL Emma m. John KIRK Ida Floyd's second marriage produced 2 children (By this time, he was living in West Orange, NJ) Catherine "Kate" Jacob who changed his name to Montgomery Keep me in mind as you do your research.
