    3. Dear Allen You sweet thing ! Thanks for all the time and effort it took to copy all that down to share with the rest of us. I am researching my Maynard's and am stuck at Nancy Maynard, born 1806, she eventually winds up in White County TN for the 1840 & 1850 census. I was following this Gibson Maynard SR, in the hope that his daughter Nancy was MY Nancy Maynard, but seeing as how she is listed in your information as born in 1785 and I am sure that mine is born about 20 years later, it would seem not to be the case. Although she may still be connected to the Gibson Maynard family some where along the line. Does the harsh reality of smacking that brick wall ever loose it's sting ? Ouch !
