To paraphrase Bill Clinton "that depends on what the meaning of "vote" is." Of course, that wasn;t one of Bill's shining hours what with the impeachment and all. At any rate, I'm certain our ancestors would have been proud of Bill and his behavior. Thank God Gore didn't receive the most "votes." Think of him leading this country now.
