There are a couple of William BARTLETT individuals listed with birth in this time frame, but no mention of any removing to NY. 1. Vol. 18, Part 2, p. 44: William BARTLETT-6, b. 20 Oct 1746, Plymouth, son of Lemuel BARTLETT-5 and Mary DOTY (Robert-4, Joseph-3, Mary-2 WARREN, Richard-1). On 8 Apr 1785, Lemuel BARTLETT of Plymouth, yeoman, deeded to William Bartlett "the second" of Plymouth, trader, all his real estate in Plymouth and elsewhere provided he take care of him and his wife for the rest of their lives. On 5 Dec 1792, William BARTLETT Jr was appointed administrator on the estate of Lemuel BARTLETT of Plymouth, shoresman. 2. Vol. 18, Part 2, p. 47: William BARTLETT-6, b. 15 Feb 1741/2, Plymouth, son of Benjamin BARTLETT-5 and (2) Abigail (PRATT) MORTON (Joseph-4, Joseph-3, Mary-2 WARREN, Richard-1). Nothing further is stated about him. 3. Vol. 18, Part 2, p. 61: The "children of William Bartlett" are included on 1 Nov 1785 as heirs in the division of the estate of Nathaniel BARTLETT-5 (Benjamin-4, Joseph-3, Mary-2 WARREN, Richard-1). Probably this William BARTLETT was dead at that time. He is not listed as a son of Nathaniel, so probably he was a grandson, and son of Thomas BARTLETT-6 (b. 7 Dec 1725, Plymouth, son of first wife Abigail [CLARK] BARTLETT). Regards, Robert Robert L.
