Candy I have his mother as Abigail HOPKINS born 1644 in Yarmouth, married 23 May 1667 in Eastham ,MA. I have his father as William MERRICK born 15 Sep 1643 in Eastham, died 30 Oct 1732. I have Benjamin born 1674 in Eastham MA and died 30 Oct 1732 in ?? BUT I forgot to add my source notes into my program so I can't remember where I got this.
