Schani - There may be controversy on the Web, but I don't think there is much among scholars concerning Experience Mitchell's wives or children. Because son Thomas inherited Cooke land he and Elizabeth were Jane's children (I'm descended a couple of ways from Elizabeth through the Washburns). Hannah was born too late to be Jane's daughter. There is no proof who was the mother of Mary, Sarah, Jacob, Edward and John and as far as I know the GSMD does not accept those five as Cooke descendants (although some people believe that Mary was Jane's daughter). She m. 2nd 22-Jan-1745/6 (Bridgewater VR 2:394) Edward Wentworth (son of John and Martha).
