i am particularly interested in Francis Cooke's daughter Jane who married Experience Mitchell. Apparently she died quite young and Experience remarried a Mary ? ( last name not known). They had a daughter Sarah. i have been on a few Mayflower sites and there seems to be a lot of "controversy" on this particular marriage and the children. My preliminary research reveals that i am descended from this 2nd marriage of Experience Mitchell. there appears also to be a "debate" within the mayflower Society on this situation and its affect on whether you are a "true" Mayflower descendant. can anyone shed some new light on the above mentioned marriage and provide me with some sort of "concrete/reliable" information and also maybe their descendants. Apparently this Sarah marries a John hayward and the line contines down from there.
