Hester Mahieu arrived after her husband, coming in 1623, so strictly speaking she wouldn't count. Philip Delano came on the Fortune in 1621. You can find claims that William Mullins was of a Huguenot family, but they are disputed in MD 44:40-1. In Tammel, et. al., _The Pilgrims and Other People from the British Isles in Leiden: 1576-1640_(Isle of Man, The Mansk-Svenska Publishing Co., Ltd., 1989) there is a list (PP 297-9) of the "Emigrants in the _Mayflower_" which lists the place of origin of each passenger. While this would not necessarily reveal Huguenot ancestry as there were Walloon churches in England, none stand out to me as looking as though there is a Huguenot background. But as I indicated, I don't know for sure and would welcome correction.
