Three women who sailed on the Mayflower are known to have been pregnant as far as I know: Elizabeth Hopkins had Oceanus at sea, and he died during the first year; Susanna White had Peregrine after the Mayflower had reached Cape Cod, but before the group settled at Plymouth; Mary Allerton died in childbirth and her child was not born alive.
