I've had interesting conversations off-list with subscribers regarding documentation of sources for web pages. Folks have found a number of ways to partially automate the production of a site with source references, but I haven't yet seen anything that I think would help with the format I've chosen. I'm using a modified Register format, with inline source abbreviations hotlinked to expanded source information (inspired by recent Five Generations books and the online edition of "The Great Migration Begins").
