***I was wondering if someone who has the set or access to the set ***could do a ***lookup and provide a correct citation; i.e., author, name of article, ***publisher of the Mayflower Descendants and the date the volume ***was published. *** Hi Christie, Here's what I found. ***Vol. 29, page 29 "Sandwich, Mass., Vital Records," transcribed by George Ernest Bowman 1931 ***Vol. 31, page 14 "Barnstable, Mass., Vital Records" (Bowman) 1933 ***Vol. 34, page 67 "Harwich, Mass., Vital Records" (Bowman) 1937 MD was published by the Massachusetts Society of Mayflower Descendants, Boston, but I wouldn't have used that myself for a periodical citation, so I may not be providing what you need. Here's the form the MLA (Modern Language Association) suggests, "Each periodical entry must include author’s name (when shown), title of article, periodical name and page numbers. Journal citations should also include the volume and issue number, and the publication year. For magazine and newspaper citations, omit the volume and issue number and include the complete date."
