Dianna - That date is given in "Mayflower Births & Deaths" but without a source - the asterisk next to the date indicates that Bowman wrote it in pencil. Dale H. Hello: That birth date is given in Henry Wyles Cushman, "Historical and Biographical Genealogy of the Cushmans: The Descendants of Robert Cushman, the Puritan, From the year 1617 to 1855." (Boston: Little, Brown, 1855) p 171 Her father, Josiah, is described as being "of Plympton" which I assume would be the likely birth place. By the way, describing Robert Cushman as a Puritan, as the book title does, I believe is in error. Pilgrim yes, Puritan no. Apologies to everyone if this is a duplicate message. I first sent it a few days ago when my server was having problems with e-mail and it appeared to me that this message had not been received. Cheers, Wilfred
