If someone has the silver book for Thomas Rogers could they please tell me whether James Rogers b. l615 and married to Elizabeth Rowland is a descendant. My line goes from James to Joseph to William to Lydia who married John Dodge. Help appreciated. Betty
Betty, V19, p1 of TR Silver Book says: "primary evidence gathered from Dutch and New England sources establishes that Thomas Rogers had a wife named Alice who survived him and at least four children; Joseph, John, Elizabeth and Margaret, prob. born in that order". A son Thomas and possibly a son Richard were also born prior to 1600 but both died within a year of their baptism. Joseph and John mentioned above would have been too young to have a son James b. in 1615. Joseph did have a son James but he was born in 1644. Lorin Lorin D. anyone else experiencing difficulties accessing Caleb Johnson's Mayflower site? the old one on members.aol.com/calebj worked great, but apparently he has moved to another server, and it keeps giving me "illegal operation" messages, and terminates the internet connection Candy
