The Genferret tried this one, for instance, http://www.2ndhand.org.uk/cgi/books.cgi which the Genferret does not recall having seen mentioned here (whereas Bookfinder, ABE, etc. have been). Also tried the NEHGS store, Hiiginson, Quintin, and some others. However, The Genferret wonders if Susan would think Charles Edward Banks' _The Planters of the Commonwealth_ would serve.
